Youth Mentoring
Meaningful mentorship programs for youths
Family Kickstart Georgia (FKSG) believes that all youth need support while growing and transitioning into adulthood. We focus on healthy interactions that encourage positive behaviors and help youth in navigating difficult and challenging situations.
FKSG collaborates with its partners and other community stakeholders to offer educational, mentoring, and other intervention programs to at-risk youths and young adults.
Quality Mentoring guarantees our participants that they are not alone in dealing with life challenges.
The Family Kickstart Youth Mentoring Program provides a wide range of hands-on, project-based, leadership and experiential enrichment opportunities targeted towards increasing youth’s engagement in learning and social-emotional development.
This strategy includes the provision of support during and after school.
Our program typically offers academic supports ranging from homework help and mentoring
We also offer integrated service delivery with other service providers in providing holistic support to young people.
Our goal is to promote lifelong learning and reduce the high school dropout
